What Pulsar collects when you play, why it is collected, and what is never touched.

01

Introduction

Pulsar ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Canton Army. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Platform, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By connecting your wallet and using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

02

Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide indirectly

  • Canton Party ID / wallet address — collected when you connect your Console Wallet. This serves as your unique identifier on the Platform.
  • $CC token transfers — payment transactions you initiate to access paid game sessions are recorded by our server for fraud prevention and session validation.

2.2 Game & session data

  • Game scores and block placements submitted at the end of each session.
  • Session event logs (block placement timestamps, hit/miss results, session duration) used for score validation and anti-cheat detection.
  • Session tokens issued server-side and stored temporarily during gameplay.

2.3 Technical data

  • Browser type, screen resolution, and device category — used to scale the game UI correctly.
  • IP address and general geographic region — collected for security and abuse prevention.
  • Timestamps of API requests.

2.4 What we do not collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any government-issued identification.
  • We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or any wallet credentials.
  • We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data to third parties.
03

How we use your information

  • To operate the game — validate session tokens, verify $CC payments on-chain, calculate and post leaderboard scores.
  • To prevent fraud and cheating — anomaly detection on session event logs (e.g. impossible durations, forged timestamps). Flagged sessions are not posted to the leaderboard.
  • To maintain the leaderboard — your Canton Party ID and game score are stored to display public leaderboard rankings.
  • To improve the Platform — aggregated, anonymized usage data may inform future game design decisions.
04

Third-party services

The Platform integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

  • Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — bot and abuse detection on sensitive server endpoints.
  • Bybit — real-time $CC/USDT price data via the Bybit public market API. No personal data is sent to Bybit.
  • Console Wallet / ccview.io — Canton blockchain transaction verification. Payment event IDs are submitted for on-chain verification.
05

Data storage & retention

  • Leaderboard scores — retained for the duration of the active leaderboard period, then reset. Historical records may be kept in aggregated form.
  • Session data — raw session event logs may be retained for up to 30 days for fraud analysis, then deleted.
  • Transaction records — payment verification records may be retained for up to 12 months for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
  • Local storage — the Platform may store a session counter and wallet connection state in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared via your browser settings.
06

Public leaderboard

Note: Your Canton Party ID (wallet identifier) and game score are publicly visible on the leaderboard. If you prefer not to appear publicly, do not submit scores.
07

Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold, including server-side session token validation, anti-forgery anomaly detection, rate limiting, and reCAPTCHA bot protection. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08

Children's privacy

The Platform is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Platform, please contact us.

09

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
